I love my husband and kids! And because I love them, I am committed to being the healthiest me I can be. I am a homeschool mom of four. My passions include traveling and organic living. I love the Lord with all my heart and teach my children the same.
When I am not homeschooling, I can be found teaching Zumba Fitness and other formats at my studio, Shake It! Fitness Studio. This exercise format has ignited a fire in me like no other. Like many moms, I’ve had the yo-yo effect with weight gain and loss. But have recently decided that a fit lifestyle would be my goal.
