Feeding a family of six, organic produce does not have to break the bank. I have a small garden in my backyard and have joined a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Co-Op to ensure that my family eats well. A CSA is a way to buy local, seasonal food directly from a farm at a low cost. Each week, I pick up a box of local seasonal produce. The contents of the box vary from week to week. The CSA that I belong to cost on average $25/week. Not bad!
Look at what was in my box one week.
